Tent People on Tour is an innovative touring community arts programme set to bring vibrant and accessible arts events to the High Peak. We want to enrich rural communities by hosting a variety of fully-funded 'mini festivals' that are designed to be open and accessible to all.
Showcasing live music, DJ sets, dance, visual arts, artisan markets, comedy, and spoken word, the initiative seeks to build stronger community connections by providing a welcoming environment for high-quality cultural experiences. Emphasising accessibility, representation, and community cohesion, Tent People on Tour aspires to both entertain and educate, uniting people from various backgrounds to celebrate inclusive and diverse arts and culture.

Our extraordinary stretch tents are produced in South Africa by our supplier who has been making stretch tents for 17 years. The flexible structure means that we can build them with sides up or down, depending on the weather, giving plenty of shelter with ventilation. We use bell tents to create break out spaces or treatment rooms.
