Accessibility Statement

We strive to make Festival Sessions 2024 as accessible and inclusive as possible for everyone. Here are the key accessibility features and services we offer:

Event Location and Transport:

  • The festival is accessed via the Sett Valley Trail, about a 5-minute walk from Hayfield bus station and Sett Valley Car Park. Or 2.5 miles from New Mills. 
  • The trail is stony but accessible with a wheelchair or by walking.
  • There is no vehicle access to the festival site.

  • Postcode for Sett Valley Car Park, SK22 2ES

Site Layout

  • The festival site is located in a field that is on a slope. We do our best to ensure paths are clear and accessible.
  • Accessible restrooms are available at the main entrance.
  • A quiet tent suitable for baby-feeding and changing is also available. 

Quiet Spaces

  • The festival is held in a large field with several designated quiet spaces for those who need a break from the noise and crowds.

Dogs

  • No animals are allowed on site apart from assistance dogs. 

Breastfeeding Friendly

  • We are a breastfeeding-friendly site and provide comfortable spaces for breastfeeding

Medical and Emergency Services:

  • A first aid tent is located near the main entrance. We have qualified first aiders on site.
